Rachel Stewart may be one of the newest faces at Endeavour, but she's already become part of the family. With more than a decade of experience in veterinary medicine, she brings a strong background in emergency care and a special dedication to helping patients feel safe and comfortable. 🩺

As we continue celebrating National Veterinary Technician Week, Corinne is sharing what Rachel has brought to Endeavour in such a short time. We're so glad she's found a home here!

It's time to give Matt Kiser, LVT, some well-deserved recognition for National Veterinary Technician Week! 💙

Matt has spent more than a decade caring for patients in veterinary medicine, including years in emergency and critical care. That experience has given him a remarkable ability to navigate complex cases while never losing sight of the individual patient behind them.

At Endeavour, he brings that same dedication to internal medicine, where he has the opportunity to build lasting connections with patients and their families.

We're grateful for the experience Matt brings to our team and the care he puts into every patient interaction. Hear what Corinne has to say about working alongside him!

Next up in our National Veterinary Technician Week celebration is Katie Bailey, LVT!

Katie has worked alongside Dr. Goldman for years, and her experience in internal medicine is matched by her dedication to helping families feel informed and confident in their pet's care.

Today, Corinne is sharing what she appreciates most about Katie and the difference she makes at Endeavour. We're grateful to have her on our team!

We're kicking off National Veterinary Technician Week with someone who has a special way of making even our most nervous patients feel right at home. 🐾

Meet Lyndsie Bray, our Fear Free Certified Veterinary Aide! With years of experience across nearly every corner of veterinary medicine, Lyndsie brings so much to Endeavour, especially her ability to make every patient feel safe and cared for.

Today, Corinne is sharing what makes Lyndsie such a valued part of our team. Stay tuned throughout the week as we celebrate more of the people behind Endeavour and share what makes each of them so special to us!

It's National Veterinary Technician Week, and we're celebrating the people who make Endeavour what it is! 💙

You might know them as the familiar faces welcoming you at the front desk or caring for your pet during an appointment. But there's a lot more to our team than their job titles. (Did we mention one of them fostered a dog who now belongs to John Legend?)

This week, we're putting the people behind the medicine in the spotlight. We're grateful for the knowledge and compassion they bring to their work, but just as much for the people they are and the way they show up for our patients, their families, and each other.

We couldn't do what we do without them, and we're excited for you to get to know them a little better. 🐾

The “right” diabetes plan has to work beyond the exam room. It has to work at home, too.

Every family has different routines, resources, comfort levels, and capabilities. Dr. Chen Gilor will explore how basal insulin can give veterinary teams more flexibility to individualize insulin therapy, feeding, monitoring, and cost around both the medical needs of the pet and the realities of the family caring for them.

Join the Greater Columbia Association of Veterinarians and Endeavour Veterinary Group for Basal Insights: A Paradigm Shift in Insulin Therapy in Companion Animals, a free continuing education event sponsored by Dechra.

Open to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, assistants, practice managers, and veterinary support team members.

Tuesday, October 27 • 7 PM

More than a decade in veterinary medicine has given Matt Kiser a lot of experience to draw from, from private practice and emergency medicine to critical care. At Endeavour, he brings all of that knowledge with him while staying focused on what matters most: making sure our patients are comfortable and getting the care they need. 🐶

Matt has a real passion for patient advocacy and nursing care, and we’re lucky to have someone who brings both expertise and genuine warmth to our team.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Chen Gilor to Columbia for an evening of continuing education focused on a new way of thinking about diabetes management in companion animals.

Dr. Gilor is a Professor of Small Animal Internal Medicine at the University of Florida and a board-certified veterinary internist who has spent more than 15 years working to improve diabetes care for dogs, cats, and the people caring for them. His work spans clinical care, teaching, and research into novel insulin therapies and other approaches to diabetes management.

During "Basal Insights: A Paradigm Shift in Insulin Therapy in Companion Animals," he’ll bring that expertise into a practical conversation about basal insulin, flexible treatment strategies, and how veterinary teams can build diabetes plans that work for both the patient and owner.

Open to veterinarians and veterinary support team members. Register for the event here: form.jotform.com/262736525842059

When a pet is living with a chronic or complex condition, the uncertainty can be heavy—and sometimes what helps most is knowing you’re not the only one carrying it. At Endeavour, we’re working to create client support groups where our community can share experiences, ask questions, find understanding, and remind one another that they don’t have to navigate it alone.

Because caring for the caregiver is part of caring for the patient, too. 🫂
