We have an exciting pharmacy change coming soon! 🎉

We’re switching our online pharmacy to Vetcove, an online pet pharmacy that is competitive with other major retailers like Chewy. Our goal with this change is simple: help our clients save money while making it easier to get the medications and products your pets need! 🐶🐱💊

💰 We’re always looking for ways to save you money, and this is one more way we can do that!

If you currently order your pet’s medications or preventatives through our online pharmacy, keep an eye on your email! You’ll be receiving information soon about the new pharmacy and how to get started.

🦜 Happy National Pet Bird Day! 🦜

TGV History: Did you know we used to have a parrot? 💙💛

Back when we were located in Parsippany, we had a very special feathered friend named Jack! Jack was a beautiful Blue and Gold Macaw, and some of you may remember him proudly sitting on his perch and waving to clients in the waiting room. 🥰

Jack was very loved and definitely had a personality of his own! He could meow, woof, and had quite the collection of sayings. Who needs a dog or cat when you have a parrot who can do both? 😂

We miss his beautiful feathers, his BIG personality, and the joy he brought to our hospital. 💙

We will have regular hours this week- but will be closed Saturday, 9/5 through Monday 9/7. Please be advised that our texting service will resume on Tuesday, September 8th and will not be monitored over the weekend. If you have an emergency with your pet, please go straight to the Animal Emergency and Referral Associates located at 975 Bloomfield Ave in West Caldwell.

As a friendly reminder, if you need to access your pets' medical records while we are out of office or any time- download the Otto app which is free. 🫶

💊 Medication Refill Reminder! 🐾

Just a friendly reminder that we kindly request 24–48 hours’ notice for medication refills. This includes prescription requests placed through Chewy and Vetsource as well!

We do our best to approve requests as they come in, but sometimes there can be delays depending on our schedule or the team member's availability.

Planning ahead helps make sure your pet’s medications are ready when you need them! 🐶🐱💙
