Today is our one year anniversary of doing rides at Skyway Beach.

We’ve been riding at Palma Sola Bay in Bradenton, FL for over 10 years. Last year we started riding at the Skyway.

It’s a beautiful location and I encourage you to stop by and see it for yourself. Use the North Skyway Fishing Pier exit on I-275, just north of the big bridge.

Unfortunately, we learned recently that horseback riding activity at that location is damaging the seagrass.

We’re not in business to damage the environment, so we are voluntarily suspending rides at the Skyway until we are convinced we can do so in an environmentally responsible manner.

On the plus side, we’ll be doing more rides at Palma Sola Bay to pick up the slack. And there will be less expensive rides with water-only and beach-only riding options!
