Our mission at Charming Paws is to go above and beyond the traditional pet daycare to ensure that our canine guests have a unique, safe, caring, and loving experience with our staff. In order to achieve this goal, we offer a family-centered environment for your pups to feel right at home in - whether that be for playing during the day or staying overnight. Our daycare offers four separate groups f

or pups to be split into, catering to all kinds of play styles, temperaments and sizes. With inside-outside access, your furry friends are able to run out all their zoomies and enjoy the fresh air whenever they feel like doing so!

Our overnight style is not like the rest. With 4x4 sizes for our smaller breeds and 5x5 sizes for our larger breeds, we are able to keep all pups comfy, cozy and cared for giving them their own home away from home, filling their suite with any belongings you may want to bring along!

At Charming Paws, we find it extremely important to listen to our clients and educate them in order to build a strong and lasting relationship. We value having and maintaining an open, honest, and sincere relationship with our clients. We want to give you all the assurance and confidence that we will care for your loving family pet just as you would at your home.

At Charming Paws, caring for dogs is only part of what we do.

If you know anything about us, you already know that providing exceptional care for our pups and peace of mind for their families is always our top priority.

But there’s something else that makes Charming Paws special: investing in the professional and personal growth of our team members.

We’re proud to highlight Josie, our Grooming Apprentice in Grafton, who has been working hard alongside our talented grooming team to build her skills and confidence. Her passion for animals and commitment to creating a positive experience for every pup shines through in everything she does.

✨ Ms. Annie (pictured) recently enjoyed a relaxing spa day with Josie, complete with our monthly Orange Dreamsicle Spa Package. Fresh, pampered, and feeling loved, Annie’s relaxed expression says it all!

If you’re looking for grooming availability and our groomers are fully booked, Josie would love the opportunity to spoil your furry family member. She is currently accepting appointments for:

✂️ Clean-Up Trims

At this time, full haircuts and breed-specific trims will continue to be scheduled with one of our groomers. As Josie progresses in her training and begins taking model appointments, we’ll be sure to share that exciting update with everyone!

At Charming Paws, we’ve gone back and forth about whether we should publicly address the actions or decisions of other businesses in our community.

Not because we don’t care, but because our focus has always been on our own business, our clients, our employees, and most importantly the families and pups who trust us every single day.

After discussions with our management and grooming teams, we came to the same conclusion we’ve always stood by: our clients know who we are. They know our values, our standards, and the way we care for both people and pets. That trust wasn’t built overnight. It was earned through years of hard work, transparency, consistency, and relationship building.

While we don’t feel the need to speak on behalf of others, we do want our community to know that Charming Paws will always be a safe, welcoming place where people can communicate, build relationships, support one another, and feel heard.

For now, we’ll continue doing what we’ve always done. Caring for the pets and families who have supported us, trusted us, and become part of our Charming Paws family over the years.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives. We are grateful for every wagging tail, every trusting relationship, and every opportunity to care for your beloved companions. ❤️

Sometimes the best response is simply continuing to show up, work hard, and care for those who have placed their trust in you. That is exactly what we intend to do. 🐾💕

Our festive pups enjoyed a safe and exciting holiday filled with friends, playtime, and lots of smiles. We hope you and your families had a wonderful Memorial Day as well!

In observance of Memorial Day, Charming Paws will be closed as our team takes time to reflect and remember those who served our country with courage and selflessness.
