🐾 Meet Lilian – Our Newest HHK Team Member! 🐾

We're excited to officially introduce Lilian, one of the newest members of the Herbst Haven Kennels team!

Lilian has been with us for the past three months, learning the ins and outs of our daily operations and getting hands-on experience before our busy summer season. She has quickly become a wonderful addition to our team, and we're thrilled to have her with us.

When she's not at school or working at HHK, you can usually find Lilian playing hockey or volleyball, shopping with friends, or spending time with her black lab, Hattrick.

When asked what she loves most about Herbst Haven, Lilian shared that she appreciates the incredible support and kindness shown by our community. She loves seeing how much our clients care about both our team and their beloved pets. She has especially enjoyed getting to know our wonderful clients personally and, of course, spending time with all of the adorable dogs that visit us each day.

Please join us in giving Lilian a warm HHK welcome! We're excited to have her as part of the Herbst Haven family and can't wait for you all to meet her. 🐶❤️

🐾 Five Years of Dedication, Service, and Success🐾

Today marks Kaylene’s 5-year anniversary with Herbst Haven Kennels, and we are so proud to celebrate this milestone!

Over the past five years, Kaylene has become an essential part of HHK and the very first point of contact for all of our customers. From answering phone calls and responding to emails to greeting families and helping guide them through their boarding needs, she sets the tone for the level of care and professionalism HHK is known for.

Her organization, reliability, and attention to detail keep our office running smoothly day in and day out. She ensures that every inquiry is handled promptly and that every customer feels supported, informed, and welcomed from the very first interaction.

Whether she is coordinating schedules, managing day-to-day office operations, or helping problem-solve behind the scenes, Kaylene consistently shows up with professionalism, dedication, and a willingness to do whatever is needed to support both our team and our customers.

Thank you, Kaylene, for your hard work, loyalty, and the incredible role you play in making HHK run so efficiently. We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished over the past five years and look forward to many more years ahead.
