Both very uncommon in the hobby and from two totally different areas of the world the Chaetobranchopsis orbicularis from Brazil 🇧🇷and the Paracobitis variegatus (syn. Homatula variegata) from China 🇨🇳

Chaetobranchopsis orbicularis is a freshwater cichlid native to the Amazon River basin in South America. It reaches about 12 cm 5 in length and is unusual among cichlids because it is believed to be a filter-feeding planktivore, using specialized gill structures to strain tiny food particles from the water.

Paracobitis variegatus (Slender Tiger Stripe Loach)
Max size: About 8–10 cm (3–4 inches) in length.
Uncommon to rare in the aquarium trade; encountered far less often than many popular loach species.
Distribution: Native to fast-flowing streams in parts of China and neighboring regions.
Notable feature: Its tiger-like vertical barring provides excellent camouflage among rocks and gravel in stream habitats.
