So… we had a 1 star review today about our walk in nail policy. We do not require an appointment for nails, but if we don’t have appointments our staff may not be in. Please note we only have one cat groomer who is able to do nail trims on cats as our other groomer is highly allergic. It’s posted on our website and on our door that nail trims do not need any appointment but please call or text ahead to confirm we are in so you don’t waste a trip. We are sorry for any misunderstanding but we will continue to allow walk in nails but ask you call or text the day or week of so we can alert you to the times we are in. Thanks 🙏
