Yesterday marked the beginning of a new chapter at Animal Talk. We said good by to our practice management software that was in place for almost 40 years and welcomed a new one. Cornerstone is the software Dr Lucas has known his entire life and vet med career, the software his dad brought into the practice in the early 1990’s. This meant a lot of trial and tribulations yesterday. But with the patience of our clients and determination of our staff we survived and got everyone taken care of.

So thank you if you were in clinic yesterday for being patient while we figured things out.

If you are coming in this week. Please be patient and kind. Our staff is working very hard to make sure we are seeing everyone timely but also that each patient is cared for in the very best ways. Sometimes that means triple checking we entered things in the right places. Sometimes that means learning how to request diagnostics. However that means it might take just a little bit longer.
