To cap off celebrating our team this week, let's hear it for the receptionists! Answering phones/emails/texts, helping with prescriptions, placing orders, scheduling appts, and always trying to make pets and their owners feel more at ease, these 2 are amazing multi-taskers and a strong base supporting the hospital! We appreciate them so much and can't thank them enough!
PS.- Special shout-out to the Pom-Crew, ready to beg for treats and butt scratches ALL.DAY.LONG!

Let's celebrate these 4 angels, who fall into our Vet Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator roles! Client communication is so important in vet med, especially because the patient can't talk and these ladies are great listeners, advocating for each pet at every visit and helping the hospital flow smoothly. Additionally, they take x-rays, assist in surgery, answer phones and jump in as extra hands when needed. We appreciate their ability to do whatever it takes on any given day to help all the pets!

Last but certainly not least, let's celebrate the receptionists tomorrow!

On this lovely Wednesday, let's celebrating 3 more RVTs! These 3 are very compassionate, very skilled and all have patients care and comfort top of mind at all times. They've each had major life changes in the past year: one is newly married, one is newly registered and one is a new mama to a beautfiul baby girl. The one thing that hasn't changed is their commitment to taking care of YOUR fur babies to the best of their ability. Big thanks to these 3 supporting our hospital on the daily!

First up to celebrate.... a few of our Registered Vet Techs! We have 6 Registered Technicians and each one of them is a guiding light in the hospital, super dependable, super kind and super knowledgeable. So grateful to call them ours! These 3 lovely ladies have 50 years of experience between them and are have great personalities to boot. Thanks for being there for all of our clients and patients, ladies! 3 more RVTs tomorrow:)

One of our wonderful clients had quite the scare this week when her dachshund puppy, Frank, left her yard and was missing for 2 days. Luckily, Frank made his way back home all on his own... he came back into the house in the middle of the night and jumped up on the recliner to greet her @ 4am! So happy he made it back to her! A friend made this little comic recapping Frank's journey for his mom and said we could share:) Enjoy!
