Good morning everyone!

I wanted to pop on here and give a few updates! I’ve been busy getting back in the swing of things and getting back to everyone. If you texted me and I don’t reply within 24 hours during the week, please re send your text as I haven’t been getting them all. As well as phone calls, for some reason my old work phone is a little behind. 🫣

After running numbers from last year to this year the cost of running a business since last year has significantly increased. To keep up with the cost and to keep using premium product the price of grooms will be increased. I have been very mindful the past 7 years in trying to be reasonable as I know times can be hard, but this adjustment is needed to stay afloat. I hope everyone can understand and I appreciate everyone’s support throughout the years.

New pricing will start July 1st 😊

Hi everyone, I am officially back from maternity leave! I am booked up to July currently, the books are still open for online booking which may be easier for now, if you have issues please message me.

It has also come to my attention that my work phone hasn’t been getting any texts up until yesterday! So if you have texted me in the last 3 months with no reply I am not ignoring you!!! Please re send any texts you may have sent! I am working hard to get back to everyone and appreciate all the patience! 🤎

Added; if you did not prebook online I do not have you on the schedule. Before leaving for leave I was a bit busy with other things and relied on everyone to book online as I prepared myself for a new journey and also became a little sick before delivering and having a hard recovery. If you can book online I highly recommend it.

Hi everyone , I have a pretty big update!

As many of you know I got married in September and we are expecting a little boy in February!

I will be gone from February to the end of April, please don’t hesitate to take your dog elsewhere in the meantime if you need to. Also if you need help with recommendations on where to go I am happy to help! I’m trying my best to get everyone in before I leave, the books are also opened for next year so if you can please schedule online for then!

Good morning everyone! 😁

I am popping on here to give a few updates and let everyone know about a few new policies.

I have noticed an increase in no shows lately. When a client no shows that does not give me enough time to call someone in to replace your spot. From now on you will be charged full price for your no show in order to reschedule. Failure to pay for your missed apppinment will result in not being able to reschedule with me.

15 minutes late to your apppinment will be considered a no show. Every dog is scheduled appropriately for the day and being 15 minutes late throws off the entire day. If you still decided to show up after 15 minutes you will be charged a late fee of $50 and your dog will not be done before others.

Cancellations need to be given within 24 hours before your appointment. I understand emergencies happen and things come up but please give me 24 hours to fill your spot as there is a big cancellation list.

Everyone is sent a reminder text, PLEASE READ THEM! If the date you have down is not the same as the text please reach out. Failure to read will result in a no show fee.

K-9 Maverick came in today to get all cleaned up.🧼 🫧 It was a pleasure to have this handsome guy in the salon! There’s is nothing quite like spending a little time with a true working dog, this valley is lucky to have him!
