The end of an era at Cascade Vet. 💙
Today is Pam’s last day with our team as she begins a well-earned retirement after nearly six years of dedicated service.
For those who may not know her, Pam has been one of the familiar faces behind the front desk at our East Wenatchee location. For many of our clients, she has been the calm voice they hear when they call and one of the first smiles they see when they walk through our doors. Her demeanor, gentleness, and genuine compassion have helped countless pet owners feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.
Behind the scenes, Pam has been the kind of teammate every company hopes to have. Whether she was helping clients, answering phones, processing payments, stocking supplies, organizing medications, or keeping things running smoothly, she approached every task with care and took pride in her work.
Pam was also a key part of one of the biggest milestones in our history—our move into our new East Wenatchee facility in 2024. Through all the packing, planning, and countless moving pieces, she helped make that transition a success.
More than anything, we’ll remember the person she is: dependable, kind, loyal, and always willing to help. She’s been a steady presence for our team, our clients, and the pets we’ve cared for together, and her impact on Cascade will be felt long after today.
Pam, thank you for everything you’ve given to our team and community over the years. We wish you nothing but happiness, relaxation, and plenty of time with your sweet Ozzy in this next chapter.
