✨Little Schedule Shake-Up ✨

Just a heads up!
We’re making a change to our Saturdays.

Our grooming schedule during the week stays busy (thank you guys for that 🙌), but Saturdays, which are just for self-wash, nail trims, and retail, have been pretty quiet. Not quite enough to justify being open every weekend.

So moving forward, we’ll be closed on Saturdays… except for one Saturday a month.

✨ We’ll post each month to let you know which Saturday we’ll be open so you can plan ahead. We will also post on our door our Saturday openings.

This month, we’ll be open Saturday the 23rd.

We appreciate you guys supporting our little shop, seriously, it means everything. And don’t worry, we’ll still make sure you have a weekend option when you need it 😉

If we find that one Saturday isn’t enough we will revisit the schedule. 🐩

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SERVICE NON-PAYMENT

Today, a situation occurred at my business that I need to address publicly.

A client brought in a dog for a full groom. Prior to pickup, I informed them that due to repeated flea issues, future grooming would require consistent flea prevention. They didn’t want to me to continue with a hair cut and I let them know the dog would be charged for a bath and flea fee.

The client agreed to pick up their dog and pay for the completed services.

Upon arrival, the client removed their dog from my care and left a $20 payment that did not cover the cost of the bath and flea treatment. When informed that the remaining balance was still owed, they refused to pay for the services that were already completed.

As a small business owner, my time, products, and labor are not free. Services are rendered in good faith and must be paid for in full.

Situations like this directly impact small businesses and the ability to continue providing care to the community.

I will continue to stand behind my policies and the value of my work.

🐾 Flea Policy Reminder 🐾

As the weather warms up, fleas become more common, but at the shop, we have a zero tolerance policy for fleas to protect all pets and maintain a clean, safe environment.

If fleas are found during your dog’s appointment:
• A flea treatment/cleanup fee will be added
• Services may be modified or stopped depending on severity

Please make sure your pet is on a consistent flea prevention routine before their appointment. Thank you for helping keep our space safe for every dog that walks through the door!
