Want a dog who settles calmly while you're cooking dinner?
Reward calm behavior.

Want your dog to sit instead of jumping on guests?
Reward the sit.

Want your dog to pay attention when you call?
Reward coming to you.

Dogs repeat behaviors that have a history of working for them.
Instead of only correcting unwanted behaviors, make sure you're noticing and rewarding the good ones too!

If your daily walk looks more like a tug-of-war match, you're definitely not alone.

Loose-leash walking is a skill dogs need to learn. It doesn't happen automatically just because they have a leash attached to their collar or harness.

Training can help your dog learn to pay attention to you, respond to cues, and walk more politely.

And when your dog walks nicely, walks become a lot more enjoyable for everyone!
