Today, I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Mads Steiner 🎉

It's been 8 months of incredible dedication, and I absolutely adore having her on our team. She’s been a saint, and I trust her with everything. Her passion for our furry friends is truly inspiring, and her hard work never goes unnoticed.

Thank you, Maddie for everything you do. Our doggie family is lucky to have you! 🐶❤️

She’ll be graduating before we know it and heading off to college 🥲😭 She says she’ll be home for lots of visits, and I’m holding her to that! I’m beyond grateful for every moment we get to keep her here. Watching her grow while being such an amazing part of our little pack has been so special.

A little C**t update 💙

C**t is feeling SO much better! Tonight at the beach he dug FIVE holes 🥹 It was amazing seeing him able to comfortably use his front legs again and just be a happy dog.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped make this happen. The support, donations, shares, and encouragement truly meant everything. We raised $1190.00 in 3 days that's incredible. It covered his neuter, prescription food for his hua genetic disease , emergency visit and first round of vaccines !

And another big update: C**t’s neuter is officially scheduled with Operation Healthy Pets for the end of May / early June! 🐾

He’s come such a long way already. ❤️

If Lyme disease didn’t take him, the neglect would have.

I’m not here to point fingers but please stop giving dogs away for free with deadlines attached. That kind of pressure often leads to the wrong outcomes for them.

I truly can’t thank you all enough for stepping up and helping me raise the funds to cover his emergency visit, neuter, vaccinations, and heartworm prevention 🐾🩷

I’m not a rescue, but I will always help when I can. This is actually the first foster I’ve been able to take in without paying out of my own pocket and that’s because of you. You guys are incredible for that.

One day, I’d love to open a rescue. Right now, it’s more than I can take on but ONE DAY.

Until then, we’ll keep doing what we can to help, right here in our community.

Now that c**t is healing Im sure he will start to show his true personality and before I say I am keeping him because I'm 10000% attached , I need to make sure he will be a good fit in a daycare setting. So that being said he is NOT up for adoption at the moment

🐾 Update on C**t – Our Dalmatian/Golden Retriever Mix

I wanted to share a quick update about this sweet boy C**t. Recently, we noticed he was having trouble putting weight on his left front leg, so we took him to the emergency vet at AIC in Webster. After thorough testing, including X-rays and imaging & blood work, we discovered that C**t has Lyme disease.
The good news is that with the right treatment, C**t is expected to start feeling better in the next 48 hours. We’re so grateful for all the support and donations that have helped us get him the care he needs.

In many cases, if Lyme disease is caught early and treated properly with antibiotics, dogs can recover fully without long-term effects. However, if Lyme disease goes untreated for a long period, it can lead to chronic issues. Some dogs may experience lingering joint pain, kidney issues, or even chronic arthritis. It’s also possible for some dogs to have recurring symptoms if the bacteria isn’t completely eradicated. Hopefully we caught it early enough and this won't be the case for c**t 🐾

Welp… second trip to the vet, here we come! 🐾
Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out for support for C**t, the one-year-old Dalmatian/Golden Retriever mix I recently picked up from Facebook.
Full transparency — I don’t believe C**t received proper nutrition during his first year, and now we may be dealing with the effects of that. He currently has a swollen ankle and may have a fracture from something as simple as running and playing with his new friends.
We’re heading to the vet soon, and any help toward his care would mean so much. Any extra funds will also go toward his neuter.
Any support, big or small, truly means the world to me and will help C**t heal and continue to thrive.
