Before: three months of fun.
After: ready for fall. ✂️🍂

Meet Scout, who came in with some extra fluff around the edges and left looking like a brand new pup. Rebecca worked her magic with a bath, trim and nail clipping.

When is it time to call the groomer? 🐾

Usually before things get completely out of hand. 😄

If brushing at home isn’t keeping up, nails are getting long, tangles are turning into mats, shedding is taking over, or there’s a smell you can no longer pretend you don’t notice… it may be time for a cleanup.

And sometimes your pup is simply due for a good bath, brush-out, and fresh start. ✂️🛁

You don’t have to wait for a grooming emergency.

A tired dog doesn’t always need a five-mile run. 🐾

Mental exercise matters too.

Sniff walks, puzzle toys, short training sessions, hide-and-seek, and exploring new places can all give your dog something productive to think about.

And for dogs who enjoy being social, daycare can add another kind of stimulation, activity, and fun. 🐶

Give that brain something to do.

Holiday photos are a lot cuter when the dog is fresh, clean, and ready for their close-up. 🍂🐾

The only problem? Everyone seems to remember that at about the same time. 😄

If you want your pup groomed before Thanksgiving, book early. The closer we get to the holiday, the harder it may be to find the appointment time you want.

Emmi is officially holiday-photo ready. ✂️✨

Apparently, getting filthy is an accomplishment. 😂🐾

Mud on the paws? Proud of it.
Mystery smell? No concern whatsoever.
Covered in dirt from head to toe? Mission accomplished.

Dogs may have their own standards, but fortunately… we have different ones. 😄

If your pup is starting to smell a little too “doggy,” or their latest outdoor adventure came home with them, we can help get them cleaned up and fresh again.

Your dog’s paws work hard every single day. 🐾

Every once in a while, take a quick look at:

• Between the toes
• Paw pads
• Nails
• Redness or irritation
• Anything stuck in the fur or pads

Dogs don’t always make a big announcement when something is bothering them, so a quick paw check can help catch little problems before they become bigger ones.

A few seconds of attention can make a big difference. ❤️

We’re saying the C-word… Christmas. 🎄🐾

Maverick is here with your early reminder: if you already know you’ll be traveling for Christmas, please don’t wait until December to start looking for boarding.

Holiday reservations can fill up well in advance, and space is limited. Your future December self will be very glad you handled this now instead of adding it to the last-minute holiday list. 😅

Short hair does not mean no grooming. 🐾

Short-haired dogs may not need haircuts, but they still shed, get dirty, grow nails, and benefit from regular coat and skin care.

A good bath and brush-out can remove more loose hair than you might expect — even from that dog who “hardly sheds.” 😄

If you’re finding more fur around the house than usual, we can help get that coat cleaned up and under control.

Senior dogs may slow down a little, but they still want to be part of everything. ❤️🐾

As our pups get older, small changes can be easy to miss. Keep an eye out for things like:

• Difficulty getting up or hesitation on stairs
• Changes in appetite
• Increased thirst
• Avoiding activities they normally enjoy

If something seems different, it can be worth mentioning to your veterinarian.

And yes, senior dogs still deserve all the good stuff — comfy beds, sniffing time, extra scratches, and plenty of attention. 🐶
