🚨‼️ GRADUATION ALERT ‼️🚨

Help me congratulate VIDA, the beautiful 5-year-old pit bull mix from Saginaw, Texas, and the newest graduate of the West Texas Dog Trainer Off-Leash Obedience Program! 🎓🐾🇺🇸

Vida came to me from an incredible military family that needed help—and needed it fast. Dad was preparing to deploy, and things at home with Vida, Mom, and the kids had become pretty chaotic.

Dad had worked with her over and over, but nothing seemed to stick. Vida was stubborn, hardheaded, and had become the bane of his existence. 😆

When she arrived, I had some serious work ahead of me:

🐾 ZERO recall
🐾 Little to no obedience
🐾 Constant barking at strangers and in new environments
🐾 Very little confidence
🐾 And a whole lot of “I’ll do what I want” attitude 😂

FAST-FORWARD 21 DAYS…

🔥 DIFFERENT DOG. 🔥

Vida is heading home with off-leash obedience, confidence by the truckload, and a family that now sees just how incredible this girl can be.

But one of my favorite parts of this transformation happened at the send-home lesson.

Her family absolutely knocked it out of the park. Watching them work with Vida—and seeing their entire perspective change about the same “hardheaded dog” that had been creating havoc at home—was something special.

That’s what I’m all about.

Train the dog. Teach the family. Change the relationship. 💪🐕

Outstanding work, beautiful girl. You earned this one!

I’m definitely going to miss my Vida girl on the training floor…and even miss giving you those butt smacks. 😂😂

🚨‼️ GRADUATE ALERT ‼️🚨

Help me welcome JUNIE B, the little Jack Russell Terrier from Mineral Wells, Texas, as the newest graduate of the West Texas Dog Trainer Off-Leash Obedience Program! 🎓🐾

Junie B came to me as a sawed-off TASMANIAN DEVIL! 🌪️😂

This little girl had just about every issue you could pack into a Jack Russell-sized body. ZERO recall. Chased EVERYTHING. Obedience? Not interested. She was everywhere, all the time, at about 100 MPH!

But then we went to WORK. 💪🐕

21 days later… what a transformation!

Junie put me through the absolute gauntlet, but she finally bought into the program and learned an important lesson: great things happen when you make great choices and give your best behavior.

And I have to brag on her owner! She showed up on her “A” GAME for the send-home lesson and absolutely crushed it. Hands down, one of the BEST send-home lessons I’ve had all year! 👏🔥

That’s what makes these programs successful — a dog that learns the system and an owner who is ready to take the reins and keep it going at home.

🚨 FROM SHY PUPPY TO CONFIDENT GRADUATE IN JUST UNDER 25 DAYS! 🚨

Please help me celebrate SUNNY, a beautiful Labrador Retriever from Stephenville, Texas, and the newest graduate of the West Texas Dog Trainer Off-Leash Obedience Program! 🎓🐾

Sunny came to me struggling with confidence and social skills. She was shy, unsure of herself, and needed help learning how to navigate life around new people, dogs, and unfamiliar environments.

Fast-forward 25 days—and the transformation is incredible!

Sunny came out of her shell and developed into a confident, engaged, and fantastic working dog. Watching her grow throughout the program was truly rewarding.

Her send-home lesson was outstanding, and her owner was blown away by Sunny’s progress. I was incredibly proud of how well they worked together.

Now, Sunny’s family has the tools and foundation needed to continue building on her success at home.

🐾 TILLY THE DOODLE IS HOME… AND RUNNING THE GIGGLE GAUNTLET! 😂

Tilly is back home putting her training to work while mom’s favorite half-pint hurdles absolutely ROAR with excitement. 🤣

Kids giggling. Kids wiggling. Chaos everywhere.

Tilly? Flawless. 😎🐶

And for anyone wondering, “Will training take away my dog’s personality?”

Ummm… Exhibit A: Tilly. 😂

The manners are better.
The obedience is better.
The personality? Still running at 110%.

This might honestly be one of the BEST client videos I’ve ever received. I absolutely LOVE THIS!!!

Tilly is home. Tilly is happy. Tilly is thriving. ❤️🐾

SUNNY the Labrador Retriever from Stephenville, TX, is putting in some great off-leash work on the training floor this morning while VIDA the Pit Bull Mix holds steady and watches from “PLACE.”

Off-leash heeling, downs, sits, sending, and recalls are just a few of the skills this little pup has mastered during her time with me.

But SUNNY’s progress goes far beyond obedience.

She came into my program described as a “scared and timid” dog. Tomorrow, she heads home with a whole new level of confidence, a solid foundation of obedience, and the skills to move forward successfully with her owner.

Watching a dog develop confidence while learning to trust, work, and succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

I couldn’t be happier for SUNNY and her owner as they prepare to head home tomorrow and begin their next chapter together.

Nice job, little girl. You’ve come a long way, SUNNY! 🐾

🐾 JUNIE B — From Miniature Tornado to a West Texas Northern Breeze! 🌪️➡️ 💨

Junie B, the spirited Jack Russell Terrier from Mineral Wells, TX, enjoyed one of her favorite rewards after today’s training session—a run through the obstacle course!

She absolutely loves this part of her training and gets excited every time she realizes it’s time to hit the course. It’s a great way for her to have some fun, burn off energy, and finish a productive session doing something she loves.

Junie B came to me as a miniature tornado—full of energy, enthusiasm, and plenty of Jack Russell determination. Now, as she prepares to head home this week, that tornado has settled into a comforting West Texas northern breeze.

I couldn’t be prouder of the work she has put in or how far she has come. Great job, Junie B! 🐾

🎓 GRADUATION ALERT! 🎓

Please help me welcome DENNIS, the six-year-old Sheepadoodle from Aledo, Texas, as the newest graduate of the West Texas Dog Trainer Off-Leash Obedience Program! 🐾

Dennis came to me as an older dog with plenty of personality—and a few habits that were making life at home challenging. Counter surfing, jumping, excessive energy, and a lack of reliable obedience were just a few of the issues his family wanted to address.

After 21 days of training, Dennis is a changed man!

His newfound understanding of obedience, boundaries, and expectations has given him a solid foundation that will help set the tone for the rest of his life. Dennis still has that great personality and enthusiasm for life, but now he has the obedience and structure to go along with it.

His owners did a fantastic job during today’s send-home lesson. Dennis is heading back to a busy household full of children, activity, and plenty of crazy kid energy—and he’s ready for the challenge!

I couldn’t be happier with Dennis’s progress and transformation. Now it’s up to his family to continue reinforcing everything he’s learned, and I’m confident Dennis will continue to be a wonderful part of their family for many years to come.

🎓🐾 GRADUATE ALERT! ‼️

Help me congratulate TILLY, the beautiful Bernedoodle from Sanger, TX, and one of the newest graduates of the West Texas Dog Trainer Off-Leash Obedience Program! 💪🐕

Tilly came to me from an extremely busy household where life is always moving. She needed some serious structure—zero recall, pulling on leash, and very few boundaries.

Today, Tilly graduates a different dog. 👏

Her new skills absolutely shocked her owners, and watching their reaction made all the hard work worth it. Even better, her family crushed their owner lesson! They stepped up, learned how to communicate with Tilly, and now have the tools to keep building on everything she accomplished here.

I couldn’t be happier with Tilly’s progress, and I know this family is going to continue helping her become one very special dog.

SAM the English Springer Spaniel—from College Station, TX off leash and on point this morning!

When Sam first came to me, he had been trained to heel exclusively on the right side. In less than 18 days, Sam has made an outstanding transition. He is now working completely off leash, demonstrating a clean, controlled heel, and performing exceptionally well on the left side.

That kind of progress comes from clear communication, consistency, repetition, and a dog that is willing to work.

Nicely done, sir. Sam is looking sharp!

🔥 YOUR PUPS ARE SAFE — AND READY FOR DUTY! 🐾🚒

With the horrible fires spreading across Palo Pinto County and the surrounding areas, I want all of my clients to know that your pups are safe, secure, and being watched closely.

We’ve got a lot of smoke, but thankfully NO FIRE here. Thank God! 🙏

That being said… apparently the dogs decided they weren’t just going to sit around and watch.

🚨 THE WHOLE CREW REPORTED FOR DUTY TODAY! 🚨

Turnout gear on. Helmets ready. Paws on deck. 🐾🔥🚒

If things get bad, this bunch is apparently ready to roll! They’re THAT kind of group! ❤️🐶
