🐾 Love a little extra? Meowtown has some cats waiting to meet you!

R Vet at Cross Creek is happy to support Meowtown’s adoption event on November 7! If you’ve been thinking about adding a feline friend to your family, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet some deserving cats looking for a place to call home.

We love seeing our community come together to make a difference for animals in need. ❤️

Check out Meowtown’s original post for event details, and share with someone who might be ready to welcome a new cat into their life!

Check out our adoptable kittens in the "cat condos" at Petco in Osage Beach, 3936 Junior Prewitt Parkway, 65065.

Our next adoption event will be held at Petco on Saturday, November 7th!

If your pet had a search history, what would we find? 👀😂

🐶 “How to get more treats without my human noticing”

🐱 “How to make my human feel guilty for leaving me alone for 12 minutes”

🐾 “Can I eat this? Asking for a friend.”

Your turn! What would YOUR pet’s most recent Google search be? 😂

POV: You work in veterinary medicine, where personal space is optional and every surface can become a cuddle spot—especially when Bandit is around. 🐾

We come in to care for your pets, but somehow, they always end up taking care of us, too. ❤️

Just another day filled with love, laughter, and four-legged friends who make it all worthwhile here at R Vet at Cross Creek!

Everyone say hello to Tremor! 🐾

At just 8 weeks old, this Belgian Malinois has already mastered the most important skill: being ridiculously adorable. 😍

He stopped by for some puppy love and found the perfect person to hold him—our Lexi! 💕 We’re pretty sure Lexi didn’t want to give him back. 😂

Those ears, those paws, that face… we’re officially obsessed! 🐶❤️

Just a little fall reminder for our pet parents - some of our seasonal favorites can be a little less friendly to our four-legged family members.

Autumn brings its own set of pet toxin risks, from Halloween candy and holiday foods to mushrooms, fertilizers, medications, and other household exposures.

In this seasonal Trends article, AAHA worked with Renee Schmid, DVM, DABT, DABVT, of Pet Poison Helpline to highlight common autumn toxins, clinical signs to watch for, and practical ways veterinary teams can help prevent exposures before they happen.

Seasonal education can make a real difference, whether it happens in the exam room, through social media, or with client handouts.

🚧Traffic Alert!
If you’re coming to see us Friday, give yourself a little extra time because Route 66 will be closed mid-day for the Waynesville Homecoming Parade, and I-44 is already dealing with lane closures.

Basically… traffic may be a bit of a zoo. 😅🐶🐱

Please plan ahead so you and your furry passenger don’t have to make a mad dash to your appointment. Drive safe, enjoy the parade, and Go Tigers! 🧡🖤

⚠️ REMINDER: Route 66 in Waynesville will CLOSE for the homecoming parade mid-day Friday, Oct. 2. Route 66 will not be available as an alternate to eastbound I-44 near Waynesville/St. Robert where one eastbound lane is closed around-the-clock through early October. MoDOT and local partners have been working together to put out advanced signing, but significant delays on eastbound I-44 can be expected.

We're not saying Honey stole the show when she was here... but we're also not saying she didn't. 🍯💛🐾

Those little yellow bows + her face = 10/10 clinic Facebook content.

🐾🌎 WORLD RABIES DAY 🌎🐾

Rabies is one disease that we never want your pet or your family to meet.
💉 Keeping your pet up to date on their rabies vaccine is one of the easiest ways to help protect your pets, family, and community. With that being said... is your pets rabies vaccine up to date? Give us a call if you're not sure.

🐶 Mulder may have had a little ear trouble after a run-in with another dog, but that didn't stop him from being his happy, lovable self!
He got himself a stylish little head wrap, and was still giving us those sweet puppy-dog eyes like nothing happened. 💙 🐾
