Every dog deserves a phenomenal home! But some we are rooting for extra hard!!

When Ozzy came to our shelter, he was in horrible condition! 🥺 He had spent years of his life constantly being attacked by the other dog in the home! 😥

When our ACO picked him up, she honestly thought he was dead in the parking lot upon arrival! Thankfully he was okay but his poor body was beyond exhausted and he hurt so bad! 😭

After weeks of good meals, pain management and a ton of love, our boy is on the mend! ❤️‍🩹 Though his poor body is riddled with scars, he is the happiest boy ever!! A true testament of a dog’s determination!! 🖤

Ozzy is an 8 Year Old Labrador Retriever Mix 🐶

Don’t let his age fool you, he definitely has some s***k to him!! He absolutely LOVES going on walks! If he could sniff every single blade of grass, he would! ☀️

Ozzy is learning leash skills, potty training and basic commands! Don’t believe the saying that old dogs can’t learn new tricks! Ozzy is proof that they can! 🥇

Ozzy has been neutered, microchipped and dewormed! He is current on his vaccines and is heartworm negative!!

⚡️ Ozzy is available for a 10 Day Trial! During the trial, you can take him home and ensure he is the perfect fit for you before finalizing his adoption.

We just know the perfect home is out there for Ozzy! Where he can live his best life without a care and never spending it in fear or pain! 🥹

Please feel free to stop by the shelter and meet Ozzy! We are sure his personality will bring an instant smile to your face! 😁

🐾 Marley is out on trial!! 🐾

We hear at the shelter a lot - “I kept watching *insert pets name* post and today felt like a sign to come in”

If you have been watching Marley’s posts and progress, PLEASE LET THIS BE YOUR SIGN!!

Come in! 🤗
Meet him! 👋
Learn more about Marley! 🐶

He truly is a wonderful dog! He doesn’t always have the best kennel manners when new people walk in. But honestly, that is because the high energy of the shelter causes him stress! 😥 He gets overwhelmed when the energy goes to 10! But who could blame him?!! 🤔

Marley is a 2 year old Terrier Mix! 🐕

🌟 Marley is potty trained!
🌟 Marley walks amazing on lead!
🌟 Marley has met children and has done amazing! Kisses and all 💋
🌟 Marley has met quite a few dogs and has played well with them!

⚡️ Marley is available for our 10 Day Trial! Unsure of what that is? Well, it is when you can take Marley into your home for 10 days to ensure he is the perfect fit for you before finalizing his adoption! 🏡

Marley has been neutered, microchipped and dewormed! He is current on his vaccines and is heartworm negative! 🤍

Please, please, please come meet Marley!! Our handsome boy just wants to find his forever home!! 🥺

Rue 🧡

Rue is a 3 Year Old American Foxhound Mix 🐶

Rue is a shy girl who just needs some gentle love in her life! Once you gain Rue’s trust, she is a ball of delightful energy!! 🔥

Rue is absolutely dog friendly! Sometimes we think she likes dogs more than she likes us! 😅 But she loves getting her ears rubbed and getting loves! 🥰

Rue is pretty potty trained. Her kennel tends to be pretty clean! Though we always says except a few accidents to possible happen while she learns a new schedule.

Rue has been spayed, microchipped and dewormed. She is current on her vaccines and is heartworm negative. Rue has received her flea and tick topical.

If you are interested in meeting Rue, please stop by the shelter!

Rue is available for a 10 Day Trial before finalizing her adoption!

‼️ Peanuts is currently at Petsense in Saint Robert!! Go say hello to her!! 🐾

Peanuts 🥜

Sweet Peanuts is a 9 Year Old Domestic Shorthair 🐈

Peanuts just wants to be close to her human at all times!! She loves to be on a lap or laying right next to you! 😍 She is also the best biscuit maker around! 🍞

Peanuts is so lovely but she is overwhelmed at the shelter! Her previous family was moving and stated they couldn’t bring her with. 😥

We are hoping to find our sweet girl her new forever home where she can decompress on a lap while getting all the pets and chin scratches! 🤍

Peanuts has been spayed, microchipped and dewormed. She is current on her vaccines as well!

If you are interested in learning more about Peanuts, please feel free to stop into our shelter or give us a call!! ☎️

We are hoping to get this lovely lady back on a couch where she rightfully belongs 🥹

Cruz 🏎️

The absolute life of the party at the shelter is our girl Cruz!! 🥳

Cruz is a 6 Year Old Australian Cattle Dog Mix 🐶

Cruz has the best personality!! She has high energy to go for runs but will slow down enough for belly rubs and snuggles! 🪩

Cruz is definitely food motivated! 🍖 She is also so smart, she can learn a new trick so fast!! It’s so fun watching her work, learn and explore! 🌍

Cruz is absolutely dog friendly!! She wants to be best friends with everyone she meets! She has had small interactions with cats and has only wanted to steal their food 😅

Cruz has been spayed, microchipped and dewormed! She s current on her vaccines and is heartworm negative! Cruz has received her flea and tick medicine.

If you are looking for the coolest dog, please stop by and ask to meet our Cruzie Girl!! You will absolutely fall in love! 🥰

‼️ Longest Resident Alert ‼️

Astrid is currently our longest resident at the shelter! She is going on 3 weeks and hoping to see her future home in sight! 🏡

Astrid is a 5 Year Old Boxer/Pug/Terrier Mix

Astrid can be a lot of noise in her kennel! Though once you get her out, she is a completely different dog! 🐕

Astrid loves to be a lap dog! She totally thinks she is the queen of any human lap! 😆 She loves to be the little spoon when laying on the dog bed with her favorite human! 😍

Astrid does well with other dogs. Sometimes her play can be a bit much for dogs but she’s learning the proper ways to play! 🏀 Our shelter does require a meet and greet if there are other dogs in the home. 🐶

Astrid is current on her vaccines! She is microchipped, dewormed and has her flea and tick prevention applied. She is heartworm negative and spayed!

🌟 Astrid is available for a 10 day trial! During the trial, you would be able to take her home to ensure she is the perfect fit for you before finalizing her adoption! 📝

Please feel free to stop into the shelter and ask to meet Astrid! We know how awesome she is, we hope you can see it too!! 🎉
