⏰ FALL PLANTING WINDOW IS CLOSING - DON'T WAIT!

If you're planning a fall harvest, now is the time to act! Most cool-season crops need to be established before temperatures drop, so every week counts. Check your local first frost date and make sure you have at least 90 days of growing season ahead. 🌱

THIS WEEK WE'RE EXCITED TO BRING BACK TWO FALL VARIETIES TO OUR SHOP:

🥬 LEEK - Very Limited Availability!
We have just a handful of leek seedlings available this week - a slow-growing, elegant allium that rewards patient growers with beautiful, mild flavor. These won't last long!

🥬 KOHLRABI - Limited Edition, Available for a Few Weeks Only!
This wonderfully quirky vegetable takes 50-60 days to mature - so if you want to enjoy it this fall, now is the time to get it started! Crisp, sweet and incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Available for a few weeks only - don't miss it!

🌿 SPINACH & RADICCHIO ARE BACK IN STOCK!

We've been waiting for the right moment and it's here - cooler nights mean spinach can now be successfully grown. Fresh, healthy spinach seedlings are back in our shop and ready to thrive in your garden or Tower Garden! 🌱

A QUICK NOTE - while temperatures are cooling here in the mountains of Western NC, some parts of the country are still experiencing summer heat. Occasionally spinach seedlings can arrive a little stressed from the journey - but don't panic! Give them a day or two to recover in a cool spot and they'll bounce right back. We pack every order with care and your satisfaction always comes first - so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns. 💚

Radicchio is one of those special varieties that takes patience and time to grow - 65 to 90 days to form a beautiful head, which is why we only have it available for a few weeks. If you've been wanting to try this stunning, slightly bitter Italian green - don't wait!
