It is with deep sadness that I must share that Miss Purple from our Willow/Alex litter passed away some time last night when we were all sleeping. As she was perfectly healthy we suspect that Willow accidentally laid on her and didn't realize what she was doing.
Transparency, health, and the wellbeing of our dogs are our highest priorities. All affected families have been contacted directly. Thank you for your patience, grace, and support as we process this loss. We will make necessary changes such a pig rails. We should have had them all along but I think we got overly confident/comfortable. I'm very sorry to everyone that this effects.

A tiny memorial hidden beneath the forest floor became a reminder of how deeply one dog was once cherished. โค๏ธ๐Ÿถ While exploring Kiroli Park in West Monroe, Louisiana, Zach Medlin was walking his one-eyed Staffordshire Terrier, Serena, when he noticed a stone beneath the leaves and pine needles. Clearing it away revealed a grave marker for Buddie, who lived from 1928 to 1941, with an inscription describing him as being born a dog and dying a gentleman. The unexpected discovery raised questions about the dog's history, including a local legend that Buddie had been a Boy Scout camp mascot who alerted Scouts when a boy was drowning in the lake. Historical research, however, appears to suggest that Buddie was an Irish Setter belonging to Albert and his wife, and that he regularly visited the park with his owner. After Buddie died, his family chose Kiroli Park as his final resting place. The exact story behind his life may remain partly unknown, but his grave has survived for more than 80 years, quietly honoring a dog who clearly meant the world to someone. โค๏ธ๐Ÿพ Read the full story below and in the comments. ๐Ÿ‘‡
