🐾🎉💙 Happy Veterinary Technician Week! 💙🎉🐾

A little extra love for the amazing team that keeps tails wagging and paws happy! 🐶🐱

Our veterinary technicians and assistants work hard every day to make sure our patients receive the best care possible, from cuddles and comfort to helping with procedures and everything in between. We are very thankful for the kindness, compassion, and dedication they bring to our clinic each day! 🩺🐾

Help us celebrate our wonderful team this week! We appreciate all that you do for our patients and their families. You make a difference every single day! 💕🐾

🍂Cooler Weather Doesn’t Mean Parasites Take a Break! 🍂

🍁Just because the temperatures are dropping doesn’t mean fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites are gone!

🐾 Fleas can survive indoors and thrive in warm homes.
🐾 Ticks can remain active during cooler weather, especially on warmer days.
🐾 Intestinal parasites can still pose a risk to our pets year-round.

🍁Keeping your pet on their Flea/Tick & Heartworm prevention all year long helps protect them through every season.

📞 Give us a call at Waynesboro Veterinary Clinic if you have questions about the best preventatives for your pet!

✨We have another Employee Spotlight✨

Meet Lauren! 🐾💙

Hi everyone! My name is Lauren, and I’ve been part of the WVC team since March 2024. I currently work as a Technician Assistant, and will be sitting for the VTNE soon! I graduated from Wilson College in 2023 and am excited to continue growing in my career in veterinary medicine. 🩺🐾

Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends, reading, playing board games, and, of course, spending time with my pets. I have a cat named Seamus and a Golden Retriever named Basil. 🐱🐶

One of my favorite parts of working at WVC is getting to meet everyone’s pets and being able to help them. It truly makes my day! I also love working alongside the amazing staff here. Everyone is so friendly, and seeing how well the team works together is one of the things that drew me to WVC in the first place.

I’m so excited to continue being part of the WVC family and look forward to meeting more of you and your pets! 💙🐾
