Some dogs become so much more than just grooming clients. ❤️

Lacey and Nala have been coming to see me for many, many years now, and I feel so incredibly blessed to have been a part of their lives for so long.

Over the years, they’ve gotten to meet every single one of my children and have watched our family grow. 🥹 It’s such a special feeling knowing that these sweet girls have been a part of our lives through so many different chapters.

One of my favorite things about being a groomer is the relationships I’ve built along the way. After all these years, Lacey and Nala aren’t just clients anymore. They’re family to us. ❤️🐾

And seeing moments like these with Nathaniel just makes my heart happy. 🥰

On Friday, October 2nd, we celebrated the ribbon-cutting for The Uptown Hound!🩵🖤

Opening my own salon has been such a fun adventure, and seeing my family standing there with me while the City of Wayne officially welcomed The Uptown Hound into the community was a pretty surreal moment.

A huge thank you to Mayor Rhaesa, Councilwoman Wass, and everyone from the City of Wayne and Downtown Development Authority who came out to celebrate with us. Also, thank you to my family for always supporting my dreams.

Most importantly, thank you to every single client who has trusted me with their dogs, recommended me to a friend, shared one of my posts, or supported my little business in any way. I genuinely could not do this without you!

I’m so proud to call Downtown Wayne home, and I’m incredibly excited to see what the future holds for The Uptown Hound.

Here’s to many more years of happy dogs, wagging tails, and doing what I love. 🩵✂️
