Centered Riding is based on a knowledge of human and horse anatomy, balance, movement and on the understanding how the mind affects the body and both affect the horse. It uses awareness techniques, mental imagery and sports psychology to improve balance, freedom and coordinated use of self so both horse and rider can move freely and comfortably.
Come experience how this can better you as a rider by increasing your knowledge of how your body works effectively on the horse!!
