WORKING DOG WEDNESDAY!

Today’s a little different from our normal theme… we feature the Corgi today. Corgi’s were originally bred to be an all-around farm and herding dog in Wales. They’re fantastic little companions but can also be known to be very stubborn and set in their ways. End of the day, they’re great dogs!

Our Awesome groomer, Mackenzie, has been transforming lives one pup haircut or bath at a time.

Did you know that grooming for many breeds is about more than just looking good? Through the process, painful things like matting are addressed. Also, skin and ear issues are identified and addressed. Ectoparasites like fleas and ticks are identified readily. Sometimes even new and unknown skin growths or conditions are found.

The cool part about all of this is that Mackenzie works side by side with Dr. Watson and the healthcare team (I mean she is part of the team too!). When a problem is found it can all be addressed in the same place on the same day giving owners the convenience of a one stop experience for all aspects of their pups health.
