A lot of tracks get lost not because the dog stopped working but because handler interpreted dogs behaviour as confusing.
This is exactly what could have happened today if the handler didn’t trust the dog and intervene halfway.
In this case the runner got lost and created tracks on both side of the stream which was confusing since we working back and forward within the same area for some time . Good job Otto and Sian and Stephen for great problem on the trail.
