UPDATE: he was reportedly going business to business today claiming to sell candy for charity.
If you see him downtown please alert the cops.
PLEASE, do NOT make racially inappropriate comments! They will be removed. My experiences have shown that people of various racial & ethnic backgrounds make poor choices during desperate times!
