Turns out you can surprise a veterinarian… you just have to do it between appointments. 🎈🐾

While Dr. Andrew was busy taking calls and caring for patients (because, of course, the pets come first), our team made sure he felt just as cared for.

Behind every diagnosis, late night, emergency, and phone call is someone who pours his heart into this community. We’re grateful for a leader who treats every patient like family and reminds us that veterinary medicine is about people as much as pets.

✨ Patient Spotlight: Lola ✨

When Lola first came to see us in March, she was dealing with a severe skin condition that included a deep skin infection with draining tracts, significant hair loss, intense redness (erythema), and severe acute dermatitis. She was uncomfortable, itchy, and in need of dedicated care.

Thanks to her owner’s incredible commitment and consistency at home — along with a treatment plan that included antibiotics, anti-itch medications, and topical therapies — Lola has made an amazing transformation over the past few months. 💕

By May, Lola is looking and feeling so much better! Her skin has healed tremendously, her hair is growing back beautifully, and her comfort and confidence have returned.

Cases like Lola’s are a reminder that healing severe skin disease takes teamwork, patience, and follow-through. We are so proud of her progress and grateful to her family for trusting us through every step of the journey.
