MEET FICKLE… THE SHELTER’S NEWEST POWER COUPLE!

Move over, Brad and Angelina… there’s a new Branjelina in town, and their names are Finn & Pickle aka FICKLE!

Finn has officially put his paw down and informed us that he is NOT leaving the shelter without his gal pal, Pickle! 🐾💕 And honestly, who are we to argue with true love?!

🧡 Finn is a handsome 3 year old orange boy with an adorable bobtail and a whole lot of personality!

🩶 Pickle is his sweet yet shy 2 year old gray bestie for the restie! These two have a special bond, and Finn has made it crystal clear that wherever he goes, Pickle goes, too!

Our boy Toby left today to start a board and train program generously donated to him by Blue Collar K-9 Training Center Follow along as we will be sharing updates of Toby's progress as well as Blue Collar K-9 Training Center! If interested in adopting Toby once he has graduated please let us know, we will have you fill out an application and then put in touch with his Trainer. We can not thank Blue Collar K-9 Training Center enough for this amazing opportunity for Toby!

This one hurts our hearts. 🥺 Boomer is with us through no fault of his own after his beloved owner unfortunately had to go into the hospital and could no longer care for him. At 9 1/2 years old, Boomer has lost the person he knew, the home he loved, and the life he was comfortable in. And honestly? He’s sad 💔 We can see how much he misses his person, and all we want is to see that happiness come back into his life.

Boomer is neutered, knows his commands, and enjoys sniffing around and exploring. He’s a good boy who deserves to spend his golden years in a home where he can feel safe and loved again. His adoption fee is WAIVED because we want nothing more than to see him walk out our doors and into a home of his own !!

Boomer would thrive as the only dog in the home! He ok with dog savvy cats only! and he needs a home without young children. Older kids ages 10+ may be considered, but they MUST meet him first. He would also benefit from a home where someone is around more often than not. We completely understand that everyone has a schedule and needs to work, but Boomer is used to free roaming his home while his owner was away, and we want to find him a family that can give him plenty of companionship.

PLEASE, help us get Boomer HOME. 😭 Share his story, spread the word, ask your friends, or maybe even consider being the person he needs. We know he’s older, and we know he may not be the first dog people stop to look at, but he still has SO much life and love left to give. He didn’t ask for his world to change, and he deserves to feel happy agaiN.

Meet RUBY !! 🩷

This beautiful brindle girl is about a year old, spayed, and weighs around 50 pounds of pure LOVE! Ruby is good with some dogs, but she does chase cats and plays rough, so she would need an experienced adopter who understands slow, proper introductions when it comes to cats. Ok with dogs! She’ll also need to meet any kiddos in the home, but we think she could do great with them!

We absolutely adore this girl, and she’s been here for a minute now… 😫😫😫 she’s more than ready to find her forever family! She has so much love to give, and we know her person is out there somewhere. Could that person be YOU?! Come meet Ruby and give this sweet brindle love bug the chance she deserves! 🩷

LEXIE NEEDS A HOME! 😫 Meet Lexie! This beautiful 2 year old cattle dog mix is looking for a family who can give her the life she deserves! Lexie is spayed, good with SOME dogs, and while we’re unsure about cats, we think she’d do best in a cat free home. No small kids, but we’re willing to try a home with respectful children!

Now, here’s the important part… LEXIE NEEDS A JOB !! This girl is smart, active, and needs a home that will keep her busy, give her plenty of exercise, and let her put all that cattle dog energy to good use! Have a farm? SHE’S YOUR GIRL! 🐄 Have a large yard? CHECK! Lots of room to run, play, and explore? CHECK, CHECK, CHECK! ✅

Lexie is struggling here in the shelter 😕 and we would LOVE to see her find a home where she can finally thrive. She has so much potential, and we know there’s someone out there who is the perfect match for her! EVERYONE, MEET KING KONG!! This handsome boy has stolen our hearts, and we would LOVE nothing more than to see him find his forever family! King Kong is about 7 years old, and he’s such an amazing boy. There’s something so special about our older pups, and this guy deserves a family to love him just as much as we do! He seems to do well with some other dogs, we’re unsure how he feels about cats, and he’ll need to meet any kiddos in the household to make sure it’s a good fit.

We really think King Kong could make an incredible family companion for the right home! He’s been waiting for someone to see just how wonderful he is, and we’re hoping that someone is YOU! PLEASE come meet this sweet boy! We adore this little pooch, and we can’t wait to see him get the happy ending he deserves. Come visit us and give King Kong a chance to steal YOUR heart, too!! 😍🐶
