Available grooming services include bathing, blow drying, nail trimming/dremmeling, hair clipping/scissoring/deshedding, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning and external a**l gland excretion. Our daycare facility is indoor/outdoor with 2 sections in each. Karol received her training and was certified at American Academy of Pet Grooming in New York City July 2014. Andreana "Ande" is our newest groomer. Sh

e has been employed in multiple positions caring for dogs since graduating High School! She recently moved to Watertown, NY from Western, NY. She has had multiple roles from being a daycare attendant, dog trainer and dog groomer. Alyssa, manager, has been working with Karol since 2016. She also helps with grooming, assisting, dog daycare and secretarial duties. Our dog daycare provider is Katarina (Kat) who has over 3 years experience in this position. We care for the dogs as if they were our own. We all love what we do! We believe it shows through how excited the dogs are to always come back :)

Thank You For Your Patience 💖

We know many families are waiting to surrender their animals and we want to say thank you! It means a lot that you care enough to reach out, follow the proper process and make sure your animals get safe placement.

Right now we’re caring for 128 animals. Fifty eight are in foster homes waiting for kennel space so they can come in and begin their own adoption journey. With numbers like that, openings come and go quickly. Some days we have a few spots. Other times we go weeks without a single kennel opening. It all depends on adoptions and the needs of the animals already here.

If you have an animal you would like to surrender, please continue following our usual process. Call us at 10:00am Tuesday through Friday. Any space we have each morning is saved on a first call, first serve basis. This helps us make sure every animal who enters our care has the room and attention they deserve!

Thank you for your patience, your kindness and your understanding. Our staff is doing their very best every day to help everyone we can and your compassion makes a meaningful difference for the people and pets in our community.

We are very pleased to Partner with VetTriage for small animal after hours/emergency care. After 9 pm, 7 days a week, VetTriage will offer video telehealth services. For a small fee, they will assess your pet on a live video chat to determine if your pet requires immediate emergency care, or simple monitoring at home until our clinics reopen.
There is a CVC Veterinarian On Call up to 9 pm, 7 days a week. If you have a small animal emergency BEFORE 9 pm please call your Clinic, or our answering service at 315-785-1806.
