That's how long Titan has been at our kennel.
He has had little to no interest.
He's not necessarily an "easy dog" but he IS a loyal, smart, affectionate purebred German Shepherd.

Titan had a good start to his life but in two years, it ended up spiraling out of control due to an overwhelmed caregiver. Two dogs turned into three, then seven and eventually over 50 animals.

Titan is AMAZING in the home. He enjoys being with his people and taking good, hard naps! If you're looking for a dog where you will reap the rewards of your hard work, time and effort, Titan is your man!!
He does need work on impulse control and learning how to appropriately exercise frustration. While Titan is not aggressive, he is a working line German Shepherd. He requires a lot of mental and physical stimulation for a successful adoption.

Titan is desperately looking for his forever home. He needs an active, structured family where they will have patience, be attentive and work on both training and behavioral challenges that may arise.

We are pleading with the public to like, comment and share Titan's post to get him the attention he needs and more so, deserves!💙🐾

These two gentlemen were picked up roaming yesterday evening in the area of Hubble Ave., on the Watertown/Waterbury line.

Both neutered males, no microchips.

Tuesday evening we had the pleasure of welcoming Girl Scout troop 64209 into the world of Animal Control!

The girls learned all about animal control’s daily operations, safety tips when it comes to both domestic animals and wildlife. Each Girl Scout graciously donated a box of dog treats for our pups at the kennel!🐶

It was a fun, engaging time for all!

💙 Say hi this blue-eyed boy, Alfie! 💙

This handsome 1½-year-old intact male Husky is looking for an active home that’s ready for adventure, fun, and a little bit of puppy chaos! He absolutely loves people and is always excited to make new friends.

Like many young Huskies, he’s still very puppy-like and will need continued obedience training and structure to help him become the best version of himself. He’s smart, energetic, and eager to stay busy — but once he’s gotten his exercise in, he also enjoys relaxing inside and hanging out with his people.

🐾 Dog friendly — he has tested well with other playful but independent dogs

🦴 Would benefit from continued training and consistency
