This patient's paws required a close medical evaluation by our team at Wilkes County Veterinary Services to address severe lesions and structural abnormalities. Whenever we encounter significant tissue changes or proliferative growths on a pet's limbs, we focus on identifying the root cause—whether it is a severe cornification disorder, an infection, or a growth requiring a biopsy—to build a personalized treatment plan that brings them relief.

Got concerns about your pet’s skin or paw health? We are here to help! 📞 Give us a call at (706) 678-2929.

When we said "clean your plate," this isn't exactly what we meant! 🍽️🤦‍♂️This mischievous pup took dinner a little too literally and decided the actual porcelain plate looked tastier than the food on it. Thankfully, our team at Wilkes County Veterinary Services was ready to step in, take some digital X-rays, and get this walking dish-disaster sorted out.He is doing great, but his fine dining privileges have officially been revoked. 🚫👇

🐱 DID YOU KNOW? 🎗️

Did you know that fibrosarcoma is a type of cancer that can develop in cats, often arising from connective tissue? These tumors can be aggressive, which is why early detection and prompt veterinary care are so important.

This sweet kitty is bravely battling fibrosarcoma, reminding us of the importance of regular veterinary exams and checking your pets for any new or unusual lumps or changes. ❤️🐾
