🐶❤️ Our dog kennels are full, and we're looking for a happy ending for each one!

We have SO many amazing dogs waiting at PAWS & More for someone to give them the second chance they deserve. Each one has a story, a personality all their own, and so much love just waiting to be shared. All they need is someone to see how special they are. 🏡🐾

Could that someone be YOU? ❤️

🐕 Browse our website and page to meet our adoptable dogs and learn more about each of them. Then come on in, meet your new best friend, and take home a whole lot of love!

💕 Dog adoption fees are just $155!

📍 We're open Tuesday through Sunday, 12–4 PM.

Let's turn those full kennels into empty ones and those hopeful faces into happy adoption stories! Adopt. Share. Help us get these wonderful dogs HOME! 🐾❤️

OWNER FOUND! 💕 Washington, IA: This black kitty had been hanging in the 600 block of S. 8th Ave in Washington. He is friendly, but very thin and seems to be developing some upper respiratory symptoms. A concerned neighbor has reached out so we can learn if this is an owned cat or one that should come in to the shelter. Please let us know if you recognize this kitty.

🐾💙 NEW FACE AT PAWS: MEET BIGGS! 💙🐾

Biggs has just joined us at PAWS & More, but we have one big goal in mind… let’s make his stay a SHORT one! 🏡❤️

Biggs is a handsome 2-year-old male Greyhound with a Constant Companion personality. This boy is ready to leave his stray days behind and start a brand-new chapter with a family who will love him forever. He was found as a stray on Riverside Road, and now we're hoping his next stop will be straight into the arms of his forever family! 🐶💕

The good news? Biggs is already neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so he's all set to start his next adventure. His adoption fee is $155.

Now all that's missing is YOU! Could you be the happy ending Biggs has been waiting for? Let's help this sweet new face become an adoption success story before he has time to get too comfortable here! 🐾✨

Some kittens steal the spotlight, and others quietly steal your heart... like Sims, a handsome 4½-month-old boy with a Secret Admirer personality! 🐱💕

Sims is at that adorable age where he has so much kitten fun ahead of him, and he's ready to find someone special to share it with. With a little love, patience, and a family willing to let him blossom at his own pace, Sims could be the perfect little addition to your home. 🏡

Could you be the one he's been secretly hoping for? 😻

💌 Come meet Sims at PAWS & More anytime Tuesday through Sunday from 12-4 pm, and see if you're his purr-fect match!

Brighton/Richland, IA: These puppies were found in between Brighton and Richland yesterday. The black one is a girl (Shelter name: Iggy) and the brown one is a boy (Shelter name: Ziggy). It seems like they may have been running for a while, as they have scrapes and were covered in ticks. Please let us know if you're missing these two or know where they belong.
