🌅 The last night of our Women’s Group…

We spent our evening with the horses, watched the sunset, and took a beautiful hike back from the river — soaking in the quiet moments, the connection, and everything this group has shared together. 🤍🐴

There’s something special about ending one chapter surrounded by the herd and beginning to look forward to what’s next.

Frontline Equine Connection is a 6-week, trauma-informed equine-assisted psychotherapy group where you’ll work with horses through structured, ground-based activities. No riding. No horse experience needed.

Explore stress, emotions, relationships, identity, trauma, moral injury—and the things that can be hard to put into words.

No pressure to tell your story. Just come as you are.

We hear so much about the negatives of young adults, but honestly, my experience with this group has been overwhelmingly positive.

Watching them connect with the horses has reminded me just how much good, kindness, and potential there is in this generation.

I’m grateful I get to witness it firsthand. 💛🐴

A quiet, early morning session with the herd 🐴

A rainbow stretched across the sky while the storm rolled in—a gentle reminder that even as the clouds gather, the light is already finding its way through.

Healing doesn’t wait for the storm to pass.Sometimes it happens right in the middle of it.

There is always light… even here. 🌈
