BREAKING: New report reveals that 30+ ICE and Border Patrol goons have been accused of r**e and child s*x trafficking.
The Trump administration wants Americans to believe ICE and Border Patrol are the “good guys.” A new report shatters that lie — violently.
According to advocacy groups Ohio Immigrant Alliance and the Pacific Antifascist Collective, at least 30 current and former immigration agents have been charged with or convicted of violent crimes — and the details are stomach-turning. All but one were charged with s*x offenses. Two-thirds committed s*xual crimes against children.
We’ll pause for a second to let your brain explode.
The list spans ICE and Customs and Border Protection, and the alleged crimes read like a horror dossier: child s*x trafficking, gunpoint s*xual assault, r**e, torture, kidnapping, s*xual abuse of minors, robbery, and production of child s*xual abuse materials. These aren’t “bad apples.” This is a pattern that proves how utterly deficient the vetting process for hiring agents across DHS has become.
“This behavior is part of the organizational culture,” the report states — and the cases back it up.
One example: Brian Palacios, an off-duty ICE agent who shot and killed Keith Porter Jr. Despite a documented history of child abuse, racism, and violent outbursts, Palacios remains free, uncharged, and employed by ICE. A court barred him from contact with children after testimony that he beat his own sons. Still, DHS looked the other way.
Another name: John Daly III, the so-called East Valley Serial Ra**st — a Border Patrol agent arrested 22 years after his first known offense. Others allegedly used their federal authority to extort s*x from women who feared deportation or to terrorize family members.
“This is a real problem with gender-based violence by ICE agents, and the agency is not taking it seriously,” said Lynn Tramonte, executive director of the Ohio Immigrant Alliance. “Congress must stop giving ICE and the Border Patrol a blank check to commit crimes against the public.”
And the timing couldn’t be worse for Trump’s immigration regime. The report lands as Democrats threaten a partial government shutdown over ICE funding — following the killing of Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse shot by a federal agent in Minneapolis. His death is reportedly the 11th such killing since Trump took office.
Advocates warn that the danger is spreading. As ICE agents increasingly operate masked, in plain clothes, using unmarked vehicles, predators are copying them. So-called ICE impersonators are now allegedly kidnapping and ra**ng women who can’t tell the difference.
Women know what this looks like. As Tramonte put it: “We saw people who claim to be the ‘good guys’ using the tactics and tools of the criminals women were trained to watch out for since childhood.”
This list is only “the tip of the iceberg.” The real scandal isn’t just who committed these crimes — it’s who protected them.
