Did you know that if your pet gets spayed or neutered at our hospital we have to-go home bags specifically designed for you?!
-In our to-go bags we have discharge paperwork that goes over everything that was done and what to look for at home.
-Pain medications to help ease pain and make them more comfortable. Also includes paperwork about the medication itself.
-We will have microchip paperwork all filled out and registered. With a card and tag that has your pets microchip number on it!
- A toy that is to be given once your pet is fully healed from surgery.

Let’s Talk cat food ‼️

You may have seen recent discussions about pet food safety, including claims highlighted by the Clean Label Project. With so much information circulating online, it can be difficult to know what to believe when it comes to choosing the best food for your feline family members. It’s completely understandable to want to know exactly what you’re feeding them! However, an alarming headline or the detection of a substance does not automatically mean a food poses a proven health risk.
🚨Before making a sudden change to your cat’s diet, keep a few things in mind:
- Talk to a Veterinary professional if you have any questions or concerns about your cat’s diet.
- Do not make any abrupt diet changes as those can cause stomach upset leading to vomiting and diarrhea
- Check FDA website to verify if there are any food recalls
- Verify that your food has been approved by AAFCO

🐱 Ever catch your cat chattering at the window? 🐦
That adorable “ek-ek-ek-ek!” sound often happens when cats spot prey and toys just out of reach. While we don’t know exactly why cats chatter, it’s thought to be connected to their natural hunting instincts, excitement, and sometimes a little frustration that they can’t quite reach what they’re watching.
