We had some technical issues with the phone this morning. It is now fixed! Call or text into the shop to schedule your appointments.

New update: Due to the amount of dogs we have been having to keep all day due to work schedules/conflicts (we understand) but we have limited space and will have to charge a daycare fee if they will be left here all day. That fee will be $15 due at the time of pickup. We have always had a no show fee but will be enforcing that as well. The no show fee/late fee will be half of your grooming fee for that day. Thank you for understanding.

We have been getting a high volume of calls lately. Please remember to leave a message with your name and number. We are doing our best to get back with everyone by the end of the day! We are getting a lot if new client calls so make sure you book your next appointment when you are in here. There are some days that it might take a little longer to get dogs out the door as we are trying to accommodate everyone the best we can. We appreciate all of your patience with us! Thank you!

With our new system that sends reminders please be aware that WE DO NOT receive any messages you send back to it. We have been having a lot of customers say they send a message back to let us know they need to cancel or will be running late.
