We will be selling Raffle tickets for $5 per ticket. These raffles will get you a chance to win this 4th of July Basket as well as help Brandon raise money for his St. Jude entry.

May is definitely a month of celebration!!!

My Birthday is May 15th and Sandy has a birthday May 17th.

I wanted to say THANK YOU to Sandy and Payton for putting today's "Pawty" together!!! Love you both!!!

We had alot of adorable clients, friends and family, and treats today!!!

We will be closed this Friday thru Sunday and back to work on Mon!!!

Saturday our Bather Payton Jones graduates PHHS!!!

After she will attend ICC for basic courses and continue to help me at the shop. After that she will be off to SIU, then FL to further her studies in Marine Biology!!!

My daughter Payton Jones, who you often see at the front desk or bathing dogs, looked absolutely stunning tonight at her Senior prom!!!
We cant wait to hear all about it!!!

Its BABY SEASON!!!

If you dont already know, I am VERY active with local wildlife rehabilitation.
It's not uncommon to see me helping local rehabbers with infant wildlife care!!

Unlike shelters and animal control, the only funding these AMAZING people get is from volunteers, donations, or their own paycheck.

Teena Mccreary is a AMAZING local rehabber. She devotes so much of herself to helping ensure animals get the care they need !!
This year will be very difficult for her without some community help.
With expenses higher, less help, and calls constantly coming in , she needs our help desperately to be able to help you.

Most IMPORTANT needs:

**Fox Valley Raccoon Formula (Amazon)

**Purina puppy chow

Other needs:

Puppy pads
Old towels or blankets
Cherios cereal
Hanging baby toys
Tractor Supply Gift cards (for vaccines)
Arm and Hammer laundry soap

So many new pups🥰

I just wanted to thank all the people who have followed us, decided to switch, or try out our facility.
Its been alot of fun meeting everyone

I just want to inform everyone a little more of how Kristy's Bark & Brush operates.

🐾 We DO NOT have appointment times

❤️ Instead we offer drop off times between 730am and 100pm. This helps us space out dogs and allow us to keep our prices affordable by grooming more dogs.

🐾 We DO NOT work on one client at a time.

❤️ We have a shared bathing and drying space. There will ALWAYS be several pets in the shop at once, since we have 2 groomers and 2 bathers. We do have PRIVATE grooming suits for one on one while we work on your pets grooming (after bathed and dried).

🐾 How long does it take

❤️ Ita a MINIMUM of 2 hours per groom up to 4 hours. This can vary GREATLY from the breed of dog, behavior of dog, coat conditions of dog, and what type of groom you are wanting. We do our best to give estimated times.
(If you need special times or arrangements, please make that know when you schedule your appointment!!)

🐾 How much will it cost

❤️ We do our best to give you an ESTIMATED price. This can vary due to Matting, behavior, dog not the breed we were told and size. So many vary even though they are the same breed. We try to charge for the amount of work done.

**We have 1 receptionist and 700 clients. Please be patient with Sandy!!! Shes giving it her all to get everyone taken care of!! If no one answers the phone, please leave a message. She WILL ABSOLUTELY call you back.

**We also close up shop currently from 12 to 1 to allow everyone to take a lunch break and bottle feed any spring babies I might have.

We all work as a team helping each other out with grooms, laundry, cleaning, and everything in-between. We are a family here.
