If you think all golden shadings are alike, you might be mistaken. There are many variations and chocolate golden is just one of them😱

Looking similar to black golden at the first sight, the choco variety has the standard beige-golden under coat but… lighter coffee-like tipping, pinky beige nose and lighter eyes contour 🦁

PURR-FECT NAME 😌

Have you ever struggled with a name for a child or pet? 🔠 Was it difficult to decide on one vs another? Sometimes it takes an extensive research and quite some time to find a perfect name. The other times you just know it, like they were born to be named that way 🤗

The latter was how it went with Catnificent Mirabel (our alumna - black golden point British Shorthair) 🐱 The moment we saw her, we knew that was it.

Wikipedia describes Mirabel as a female name stemming from the Latin word “mirabilis”, meaning "wondrous" or "of wondrous beauty". And that probably explains why it’s a perfect name for this sweet beauty ✨
