❤️🥰🙃Meet Arnold!!! Arnold is a new patient of Dr. Charlie and his angels 😇😝!!! Arnold is a 8 week old Pitbull Mix!!! He stole the show this week and even comes with a heart on his nose! We can’t wait to watch this little guy grow up to be a distinguished gentleman 🙃🥰❤️

Meet Chai, the 10 month old Bengal! He had his first visit with Dr. Charlie and his gals! Chai walked into the practice on a harness and leash like a dog ❤️. He loved exploring our office!!! What a cutie he was! We can’t wait to cuddle with him again!

Mina, is a one year old blue and white pied French Bulldog. Mina is living her best life with Becky, her daughter’s and her new sister, an American Bully named Maggie! If you stop by and see Mina or any of Dr. Charlie’s gal’s dogs, please don’t forget to show them some love 🐾❤️

Meet Murphy, the 2 year old, 95lb, Black Labrador/English Mastiff Mix! Murphy came in to see us because he may or may not have come into contact with an overly friendly raccoon that came close to his owner on their daily walk! We don’t know the whereabouts about of the little guy at this time, but Murphy came into see us for a rabies booster just in case!!! This “lap dog” was very excited to see us and didn’t even feel the vaccine! What a goofball he is! He had very nice manners and took his treats like a gentleman! We hope to see him again soon! 🐾🦴❤️🦝

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The role will involve assisting our veterinarian and technicians in a mostly General Practice setting. This is a dynamic position that requires flexibility, compassion, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a vital team player.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their owners
Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospital and equipment
Handle and restrain animals safely and effectively
Participate in the care of hospitalized patients
Adhere to hospital core values, policies and procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest standard of patient care

Qualifications
Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital (1 year)
Knowledge of basic animal care and medical terminology
Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds or heavier
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays
Willingness to learn and take direction from veterinarians and senior staff members
Compassionate nature and genuine love for animals
Experience with Avimark is a plus

Meet Twofus, the 11 week old polydactyl Maine C**n kitten!!! Twofus is a lucky guy because he has 24 toes instead of 20!!! The polydactyl gene is a common condition that often runs in families!!! Polydactyly is one of the most common congenital (present at birth) hand abnormalities.

🐈🥰What a handsome boy he is with such an amazing, spunky personality!!! We can’t wait to play with him again in a few weeks 😍🐈

🐾🐰We couldn’t just pick one of these babies! ❤️Meet the five CUTEST 6 week old French Bulldog’s❤️ Dr. Charlie delivered these guys via c-section with the help of his gals! We can’t wait to watch them grow up🐰🐾
