Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and is walk-in only — no appointment is required.

Much like a human hospital emergency room, veterinary emergencies are unpredictable. Patients are triaged by our medical team based on the severity of their condition, which means the most critically ill or injured pets are treated first.

Because emergencies can happen at any time, wait times may vary — but our team is always working to make sure every patient receives the care they need, when they need it most.
