Long post alert. 😅
Usually I get to board sweet dogs for happy occasions: vacations, weekend getaways, family time, etc. Sometimes, however, it’s a frantic call from an owner. Someone is ill, hospital stays, etc. It is a traumatic time and to have to leave your four legged friend with someone just adds to the stress.
This is how I met Miss Judy and her beautiful family. It was an emergency and they needed a safe place for Judy to stay. It was her first visit with me and they were concerned. I did my best to send pictures and let them know she was ok. The result of this stay was a lasting bond, we became friends. They’re moving soon and we had to say “see you later” this morning, but we will stay in touch. I may have helped them in a time of crisis, but being a help in times of need is more help to my soul than anyone even knows. ❤️❤️❤️
