💉 Vaccine titers should be a standard part of veterinary care, in my opinion.
🩸 A simple blood test can tell you if your pet is protected and prevent the overuse of vaccines.
✖️We know that protection from core vaccines can last much longer than what’s stated on the reminder card from the vet, yet “annual shots” is the norm.
✅ If your vet doesn’t offer vaccine titers, or they quote exorbitant fees, here are some affordable locations for titer testing.
For a full rundown of what titers are, why I recommend considering titer testing, what the results mean, and so much more, read my latest blog post "Titer Testing for Dogs and Cats" on DrJudyMorgan.com
