115 Community cats fixed today in Warren😻 That’s not so unusual. What’s additionally exciting is that we were able to vaccinate each cat for FVRCP compliments of Merck Animal Health and prophylactically treat them for parasites at no charge thanks to Virbac. And all because of compassionate donors, the charge to colony caretakers was only $10 for spay/neuter/rabies vaccine😃

Days like this fuel us! We wish we could do this all the time for every cat and dog. What a massive difference makes.

There’s a lot of people to thank for making a day like today possible.

Colony Caretakers, Trappers, Donors, Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, Support Staff, Check-in/Check-out staff, Schedulers, Volunteers and everyone that makes AAAR tick. Honestly, it couldn’t happen without each of you.

Shout out to Anne S, for springing for lunch for the crew! You made a great occasion even better❤

Finally, we want to thank Alley Cat Allies for starting the tradition of Global Feral Cat Day (October 16th). It brings many together during this month to stop and think about the plight of community cats. They didn’t ask for this life and deserve so much better. We owe it to all animals to do better, be better.

We’re looking forward to a repeat next week in Flint!

If you’re feeding intact strays, there’s another huge step needed to help them – Trap Neuter Return. Check out our All About Animals Rescue Stray Cat tab to learn how. Break the homeless cycle with every .

Want to support more spay/neuter? Reach out to Caregivers and Trappers to give a helping hand. Reach out to us directly to fund more days like today😺
