🎹 WOLFGANG 🎹
You guys pulled a quick one on us. I thought one post and this guy would go flying out of here. I was wrong. 🤔

Wolfgang here is the king of razzle dazzle, and being 1️⃣ year old, that’s exactly what he spends his days doing. ✨ He can be a smidge shy at first, but then it’s all hugs and play! He’s ruffly 60 lbs. and dog friendly. There’s no reason this guy is still here. Let’s get him home. 🏡

🇫🇷 FRENCHIE 🇫🇷
We’re surprised our girl is still here. Dog friendly, people friendly, happiest girl. Frenchie French has one look and it’s 😀😀! She never stops smiling. This girl is 4️⃣ years old, 75 lbs., dog friendly, and so very pretty!

She loves to use her nose and once everything is sniffed properly, she’ll be happy to supply her t**h for some scratches. 🍑 Frenchie takes her treats gently and was nonreactive to all the dogs barking at her. She even let her little friend, Vega, smack her with her paws. Frenchie says, “Ugh, friends can be so annoying sometimes.” She walks well on leash and if you bend down to snap a pic, good chance she’ll be over for some love. 🥰

🧡🐾 Celebrating Subaru Loves Pets 🐾🧡
This October, we’re teaming up with Hodges Subaru through the Subaru Loves Pets initiative to help more shelter pets find their forever families. Each October, Subaru dealerships partner with local shelters to support adoptions, raise awareness, and give extra love to the “Underdogs” – senior pets, dogs with special needs, and long-term shelter residents.

Follow along for adoptable dog posts, adoption event updates, and heartwarming Happy Tails all month long. For every adoption this month, I Heart Dogs will receive a donation to continue supporting pets in need.

✨ And now, meet one of our stars…

Meet Shadow Girl! 🖤🐾

Shadow is outgoing, active, smart, and always paying attention. She’s good with dogs and cats, house trained, and LOVES a good car ride! 🚗💨

Best get to applying yesterday. This guy won’t last long. He’s 25 lbs. and about 2️⃣ years old. He’s pretty unsure of life at the rescue and can’t wait to get into a home of his own. He is dog friendly and hoping you let him sleep in bed with you. 🥰
