If you take your dog on hikes or walks through the woods, there's a pretty good chance you'll come across wildlife. This is where training goes from 'it'd be nice to not be pulled on our walks' to 'training kept my dog safe'. And, that's why we always emphasize the importance of training. You never know how badly you need it until you're in that situation. Training could be the difference between a dog that's home at night with you and one that's lost in the woods.
