September is Service dog Awareness Month 🐾

To recognize the work and services that these dogs provide to disabled individuals. We will be sprinkling in information about service dogs, what they do and the work that it takes to raise them.

This is Manon a puppy that later on became a multipurpose/diabetic alert dog. She is working with her handler in Wisconsin and it took close to 3 years to raise her.

Service dogs are raised to be the in between for a person with debilitating conditions and their independence.

From alerting to sugar highs and lows to finding an exit for someone having a ptsd flash back.
What may be a simple grocery run for you may be impossible for another.

These dogs provide an irreplaceable service to their handlers. As trainers that is what makes raising them worth it.
