Yes, they have updated vaccinations. Growing everyday. These hounds have such beautiful markings/coats. They will be large in size. An acreage, a farm ??? Ready for homes.

We had a friend, a person who adopted 2 dogs from us stop for a visit. Dallas really loved him up. Dallas loves people. He is medium in size. He comes in the house and just chills. He is great with dogs and people. He is 9 months or so now. He is vaccinated, neutered etc. Why is he still here?

Dallas looks sad doesn't he? His best bud, Earl found his family. I figure he must be wondering why he wasn't chosen. Well, maybe soon, Dallas. He's a winner! Vaccinated, neutered and ready to go.

Sharing this post again. This beautiful girl needs out of the kennel. I was hoping she would be going to a family this weekend. She is housetrained, vaccinatiins done. Just needs to be spayed. Young around 8 months. Fiona is her name!

Fiona is a young adult that weighs 40lbs. She appears to be a Kelpie mix but was a stray so actual breed is unknown. Fiona has definitely been a house dog and has great manners, she likes people and seems fine with the other dogs here. We will update more as we get to know her. She has had her vaccinations, flea and tick prevention, and heart worm medication.

Speaking of German Shepherds, we have 2 others that have been at the rescue for several years.
Xena is a senior female German Shepherd who loves people. She needs to be the only dog in the household, and no cats for this gal.
King is now 5 years old and a beautiful and friendly German Sheperd mix. He is friendly and gets along with most dogs. No cats or small dogs for this guy.
Both these dogs are available for adoption this weekend with no adoption fee. Call 402 846 5100

This is Ghost a 3 year old Male German Shepherd that is looking for a new home. Ghost is neutered, vaccinations up to date and has had flea and tick prevention and Heartworm prevention. Ghost is housetrained, sits, shakes and comes on command. He loves walks and could use more training on walking with a leash. Ghost likes most dogs, but no cats for this boy. He has not been around small children so we think kids should be age12 years and up.
Like most German Shepherds, Ghost is active and loves attention, especially throwing a ball for him.
So why is is great dog here at the rescue? No time for him and he deserves love and time spent to help him become the best dog he can be.

Well, Nola was supposed to be adopted today, but it isn't happening now. If interested in her, please fill out an application at 12hillsdogrescue.org and call 402 846 5100. We hope to find a home for her with a family that understands her breed. She is a Xolo mix and will need frequent bathes, sunscreen and lotion. She's a sweet girl that loves people. She does ok with cats, but really isnt crazy about other dogs. Nola will ger her vaccinations updated today and will be ready. She is spayed.

King is now 4 years. He has been at the rescue for over 3 years. I know there are so many doggies out there but if you are looking for a large boy, here he is. Vaccinated, neutered and ready for a home. Lacey says:
He's very sweet and absolutely loves people. He is fine with other dogs, but probably no small animals, or cats.
