This Saturday morning we host our first yoga experience 🫶🐾 all levels welcome

This week is a big milestone for me—5 yoga classes in one week! 💙

I've worked hard to create a variety of classes so there's something for everyone, whether you prefer a traditional class, Chair Yoga, Puppy Yoga, Poses & Mimosas, or Paddleboard Yoga.
