As tech week continues, we want to introduce our team. Megan works at the front desk, Evan is a talented technician, and Lani is one of our wonderful assistants. Carlos, our newest team member is fitting right in and Dawn loves to talk about training and behavior with clients. Robyn splits her time between the front desk and treatment, of course you all know Dr. Donnelly, Madison and Melanie are both techs ready to assist your pet after surgery. We also have Dr. Janicki, our vet assistant Amber and the wonderful technician Elise. Our well rounded team are all managed by Melissa. We wouldn’t be Wallingford Veterinary without any of these amazing individuals!

HAPPY VETERINARY TECHNICIAN WEEK! October 18th-24th is a week where we recognize all the hard work and sacrifices of vet techs. From the front desk to the exam rooms to surgery, vet techs play a vital role in all veterinary clinics. Here at Wallingford Vet we will be using the week to celebrate all their hard work. If you stop by the clinic at any point this week, extend a “thank you” to the team. While your pet’s wellbeing and health are our number one priority, please be courteous while the team enjoys special lunches, snacks, activities, and etc. throughout the week. Thank you and make sure you continue to follow us to see what the week brings and to get to know your Wallingford Vet techs a little more.

We’re excited to announce that Wallingford Vet is switching to a new software system! As with any big change, there will be a little bit of a learning curve for our team. You may notice that:

📱You receive multiple reminder messages for upcoming appointments or services while we get everything transferred and configured.

⏰ Some check-ins, check-outs, and other processes may take a little longer than usual as our team learns the new system.

📋 You may see some things look a little different as we get everything up and running.
