Working in veterinary medicine means getting excited about some pretty unusual deliveries! 🤪

But seriously, f***l testing is an important part of your pet’s wellness care. 🐾❤️

🔬 So, what are we looking for?

F***l testing helps us detect intestinal parasites, including:
🦠 Roundworms
🦠 Hookworms
🦠 Whipworms
🦠 Coccidia
🦠 Giardia and other intestinal parasites, depending on the test performed.

These pesky parasites can cause diarrhea, vomiting, weight loss, and other gastrointestinal issues. Some pets may even carry parasites without showing any symptoms! Certain parasites can also pose a risk to people.

💩 How can you help?
For your pet’s next visit, bring a small, fresh stool sample in a clean, sealed bag or container. No need to bring the whole pile! 😂

Don’t have a container? Just ask our team!

It may not be the most glamorous delivery, but it helps us keep your pets healthy, happy, and parasite-free. ❤️🐶🐱

Teddy came in to get his ears checked, and he was such a sweet boy during his visit! He soaked up the extra attention from our team and showed off that adorable little smile. ❤️

Those long, fluffy ears are adorable! Dogs with floppy ears or lots of hair in their ear canals can be more prone to ear trouble because moisture may get trapped inside. If your pup is shaking their head, scratching at their ears, or has an unusual smell coming from them, give us a call so we can take a look!
